Our fees are generally in line with Industry standards, and are set and agreed on with each client, depending on their budget.

  • WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU A SIGNING ON FEE.
  • NO FEE IS PAYABLE UNTIL YOU BUY A PROPERTY.
  • THE FEE BECOMES DUE TWO WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF SALE.

At McRae Property, we understand the importance of investing ample time with our clients at the beginning of the buying process.

We encourage our clients to attend our office to discuss the whole ambit of their property requirement on an obligation-free basis.
